Mr. Dilworth is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a corporate director. He was a partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1963 until retiring from public accounting practice in 1995, having served as the firm's chairman and as a member of its board. Mr. Dilworth is a director of Investors Group Inc. and previously served as a member of the board of directors of Mackenzie Financial Corporation and its US subsidiary, Mackenzie Investment Management Inc. He is chairman of St. Michael's Hospital (Toronto) Research Institute and previously served as a director and chairman of St. Michael's Hospital, a university teaching hospital in Toronto.
