Medical Facilities Corporation Announces Third Quarter Dividend

TORONTO, Sept. 22, 2020 /CNW/ - Medical Facilities Corporation (TSX: DR) ("Medical Facilities" or the "Company") announced today that a cash dividend payment of Cdn $0.07 per common share will be payable on October 15, 2020 to holders of record of common shares at the close of business on September 30, 2020.

The ex-dividend date for this distribution will be September 29, 2020. Medical Facilities designates this dividend to be an "eligible dividend" pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and its equivalent in any provinces of Canada.
