OVERVIEW

Adina Storch is a seasoned executive with over 27 years of international and domestic experience, including leading the legal teams of two publicly traded U.S. companies. Ms. Storch is the Chair of the Board of Medical Facilities Corporation (TSX:DR), a role she has occupied since November 2024. Ms. Storch also currently serves as the SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Global Industrial Company (NYSE: GIC), an international distributor of industrial equipment and supplies. Ms. Storch serves on the national legal advisory board for the wholesale distribution industry and sits on multiple academic advisory boards in higher education, including the Yale Alumni Fund Board, where she is Vice Chair of the Nominating Committee, and the Yale Law School Executive Committee, where she serves as Vice President. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors of a non-profit that employs neurodiverse individuals. Ms. Storch is a frequent speaker and press contributor on various topics including corporate governance, negotiation strategy and risk management, and has received numerous peer awards for her innovative leadership style. Previously, Ms. Storch served as EVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Cedar Realty Trust, Inc., a former U.S. shopping center REIT (NYSE: CDR). In private practice, Ms. Storch was a litigation partner at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP and an international capital markets lawyer in the Paris office of Shearman & Sterling LLP. Ms. Storch holds a J.D. from the Yale Law School and a B.A. summa cum laude from Yale College.
